Refund Policy
Valta subscriptions aren’t refunded. Instead, your first Pro or Team subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, so you try everything before you pay. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged.
14-day free trial
Your first Pro or Team subscription starts with 14 days free. Nothing is charged today; the card you enter is charged on the day the trial ends, and you’ll see that date on your account page. Cancel before then from your account (Manage billing) and nothing is charged at all. The trial is once per account: a later subscription is charged when you start it.
No refunds after the trial
Because you can try Valta free first, payments aren’t refunded: not the first charge after the trial, not renewals, and not partial periods, except where the law requires it. Cancel any time from your account, through Stripe’s billing page: your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it won’t renew.
Billing errors
A double charge, or a renewal charged after you cancelled? That’s our mistake, not a refund request: email support@valta.si from the address on your account within 14 days of the charge and we’ll reverse it to the original payment method.
Founder lifetime
The founder lifetime is no longer sold. If you bought it, you keep Pro, and a lifetime bought within the last 14 days can still be refunded in full: email us.
What happens to your notes
Nothing is deleted. When a subscription ends, your account goes back to Free. Notes over the Free limit stay readable and exportable; you just can’t add new ones beyond the limit.
